LeadX platform provides primarily 3 types of user roles. The User roles are assigned to the Users which provides specific permissions to the Users

LeadX currently provides below 3 Primary Roles that are associated with LeadX License Type.

Basic

Basic Role is associated with Lead Gen license and if user is associated with Basic User Role then all permissions associated with Basic User Role are applied to the user

Professional

Professional Role is associated with Lead Close license and if user is associated with Professional User Role then all permissions associated with Professional User Role are applied to the user

Manager

Manager Role is associated with Lead Man license and if user is associated with Manager User Role then all permissions associated with Manager User Role are applied to the user

The User Roles are as mentioned below:

Lead Gen

(Basic User)

  • Can Create and View Leads

  • Can Handover Lead to Sales Team

  • Follow Pipeline

  • View Lead Life cycle

  • View Sales News & Sales Feed

Lead Close

(Professional User)

  • Has all permissions of Basic User

  • Can Create, Update & Qualify Leads

  • Can Create Tasks, Notes and Activities

  • Can manage Pipeline

Lead Man

(Manager User)

  • Has all permissions of Professional User

  • Can Create, Update & Qualify Leads

  • Can Create Tasks, Notes and Activities

  • Can manage Pipeline

  • Can Create, Manage Sales News

  • Can View Pulse Dashboard

  • Can Configure & Manage Integrations

  • Can Access Multi-Organization feature

Manager User is currently the Super User of LeadX having all Business permissions

The LeadX User Management is currently managed by LeadX Support team and Roles are assigned to user while on-boarding user to LeadX Platform
