LeadX Forgot Password
If you forgot the password then Forgot Password link is provides on the Login Screen
Open https://<customer-name>.leadx.no on your browser
You will see the default login page of LeadX platform
Click Forgot Password link provided on the Login Page in web and Login screen on mobile
Upon clicking the Forgot Password link you can see the below screen
Enter your registered Email Address and click Send Password reset link button
A message will be displayed after a link is successfully sent to your Email Address
You will receive an Email with Reset Password link
The link will be active for 30 mins only
Click on the link received in the Email to reset the password
Upon clicking the link following screen will be displayed
Enter new Password in New Password and Confirm Password boxes and click on Reset password button
Password is reset successfully
Click Ok to navigate to Login page on web and Login screen on Mobile
You will receive confirmation Email on your registered Email Address
Your password is reset successfully
